Founded in 2017, the United Association of United Scientists of Technology Inc. is a non-profit organization created to fund, develop and implement technologies that benefit humanity and the planet.

How does the USAT platform work?
The USAT mode of operation is not very technical.
For example, an idea submitted to the United Association of Scientific Scientists Inc. has been approved (based on its technical and commercial expertise), the USAT platform helps inventors to patent their ideas, then buy patents and give right to the agreed fees. Second, the Marketing Division of the United Association of United Technology Scientists Inc. facilitates the sale or licensing of products to end users, such as government or private industry.

USAT tokens are jointly owned tokens of all current and future patents stored in the USAT Inc. USAT Inc. IP repository. Token is the owner of all such patents. USAT tokens in all transactions between United Scientists Association of Technology Inc. and third parties, including IPs from inventors and IPs or sales of products to non-government buyers.

ICO
USAT Inc. has a guaranteed product pipeline that generates revenue. Because USAT Inc. is a non-profit organization, legally everyone who is just to access the organization. The funds that, during the ICO, will be used for the project, the development and implementation of USAT platform projects and to stimulate the demand for tokens.
USAT tokens are joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents stored in USAT Inc.'s IP repository. The USAT token holder is the owner of some of these patents.
USAT tokens are used in all transactions between the United Savants Association of Technology Inc. and third parties, including the IP acquisition of the inventor and intellectual property or the sale of the product to non-government buyers.
ICO currently uses USAT Inc. to issue 1.525 billion USAT tokens as joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents and trade secrets stored in USAT Inc.'s IP repository. All available USAT tokens will be issued during the ICO distribution period. This token problem will be a one-off operation and no additional post is available for USAT Token
